Jaspreet holds a Master Certificate of Competency (UK) and has over 11 years of experience in the marine industry, including teaching advanced tanker and ship security courses. His leadership at GAMMA Marine led to key international partnerships with City of Glasgow College U.K, BAE Systems Arabian Industries Limited for courseware development and supply to the National Maritime Academy (NMA), Saudi Arabia and TS Rahaman India.
In addition to his work in education, Jaspreet is the driving force behind Gamma Lifesciences, focusing on healthcare and research-driven innovation. He has been pivotal in acquiring RK Separators—a marine spare parts firm.

With over 30 years of distinguished experience in the marine industry, a former Master Chief ERA in the Indian Navy, he served the nation with dedication for 19 years, before transitioning into leadership roles in the commercial maritime sector. His positions have included General Manager, Technical Superintendent, Fleet Manager, Surveyor, and Marine Inspector, where he consistently demonstrated excellence in operations and technical management.
He has been instrumental in the establishment of marine workshops, bridge simulators, and mock ship installations across multiple institutions—contributing significantly to hands-on maritime training infrastructure. His unwavering commitment to quality education is reflected in his strategic recruitment of expert faculty and his pursuit of operational excellence.
As a Director, he continues to lead with unmatched expertise in marine machinery commissioning and maritime security, playing a key role in shaping company’s operational strategies.
